Electrical fit-out for the University of Northampton, delivered for main contractor Maris to a £250,000 value over a 12-week programme. Imperium installed lighting and feature lighting throughout, with lighting controls, power, structured cabling and fire alarm modifications across the vibrant new student and teaching spaces.
