Scope
Full electrical services for LSBU’s Electric House campus in Croydon — a landmark Art Deco building — delivered for main contractor Maris to a £2 million value. Imperium provided the full electrical design and installation throughout: a mains power upgrade, power and lighting, DALI lighting controls, fire alarm, security and structured cabling across the 78,000 sq ft building.
