Modular Hospital — Edinburgh

Scope

A complete mechanical and electrical installation for a modular hospital facility in Edinburgh, delivered to a £1.5 million value. Much of the work was completed offsite: containment and high-level services were prefabricated in a factory-controlled environment before the modules were transported to site for final building-services fit-out. This offsite approach compressed the programme and lifted build quality, while meeting the standards a clinical facility demands — including isolated power systems serving the clinical and theatre areas.
