Modular Hospital — Glamorgan
Scope
A complete mechanical and electrical installation for a fast-track modular hospital in Glamorgan, delivered to a £1.2 million value. Much of the work was completed offsite: containment drops and high-level services were prefabricated in a factory-controlled environment, then the modules were transported to site for final building-services fit-out. This offsite approach compressed the programme and lifted build quality, while meeting the standards a clinical facility demands — including isolated power systems serving the operating theatre.
