Royal St George's — Tooting
Scope
Our largest project to date — a complete mechanical and electrical installation for Vanguard at Royal St George's in Tooting, delivered to a £7 million value over a 24-month programme. On the electrical side, Imperium led the full electrical design and installation throughout: containment, power and lighting, structured cabling, UPS and isolated power systems, security, lightning protection, rooftop solar PV and the installation of specialist medical equipment. The mechanical scope completed the building services — full air-conditioning, ventilation and ductwork alongside plumbing and drainage — bringing a complex clinical facility fully on line.
